We require a 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve your date, then the remainder of your payment is due 30 days out from the wedding!
how do we book?
Where do you want us?? We'll be there! We do offer destination weddings for a travel fee (no travel fees for weddings in VA!)
Do you shoot weddings outside virginia?
Once we get your inquiry, we'll send you the photographer(s) who are available on your date along with portfolio and information about them! You'll know who you're getting to work with before you book - we don't randomly assign photographers. And your engagement session will always be with your wedding day photographer so you can meet, get acquainted, and work together before the wedding day!
do we get to choose our photographer?

We're fully licensed and insured and can provide your venue or any other vendors with a copy of any documents they need!
do you have insurance?
Our photographers are required to have cameras with dual SD card slots in case of corruption. Right after the wedding, we back up all your photos to 2 physical drives and 1 cloud drive. Your photo gallery will also host your final images for up to 10 years.
What's the backup process for our photos?
If something happens and they are unable to make it to the wedding, another member of our team is always ready to take over at a moment's notice - and we're also part of a network of hundreds of colleagues we can contact to step in for us if necessary. We have your back no matter what!
